We want you to feel confident in every Oval purchase. While all sales are final, we do offer exchanges within 15 days for unused, unwashed items in their original condition. How to Request an Exchange

All sales are final. No refunds.

You can exchange your purchase within 15 days, accompanied by an original sales receipt and original packaging.

  • All original tags are attached

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Used or misused items
  • Products purchased during sales/promotion periods
  • Items without original receipt or packaging

Exchanges

To process your exchange, you must provide the original sales receipt and original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us via email or phone during business hours
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Follow instructions to return the item with receipt and packaging
  4. Wait up to 3 weeks for processing and receive your exchanged item

Damage Claims

You can only make a claim of damaged merchandise within 3 days of purchase. If bought online, damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Important: No exchanges can be made during sales or promotion periods. Products on promotion are not eligible for exchange. In case of a mark-down in price due to sales promotions, customers are only eligible to make an exchange against the new, marked down price.
